Our Refund Policy is intended to define the situations in which Code Brackets Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will issue a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and its liability in the circumstances that gave rise to the claim. By signing up for one of our services, you indicate that you accept and agree to all the terms set out in the Refund Policy. Code Brackets, in its sole discretion, may change this policy at any time without notice. Therefore, you are requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after such changes automatically constitutes your consent.
Our refund policy covers the refunds by and is managed by Code Brackets Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a creative digital agency in Durgapur.

 

When to file for a refund

  1. We work on every project with the final product in mind. This is our responsibility as well as the customers. Therefore, we believe that every effort should be made from both sides to find a solution that is fully acceptable to both parties in the event of dissatisfaction with the service.
  2. Only when things get really out of control should this refund be considered. Our main goal is to achieve mutually acceptable solutions. Even if for some reason you are not satisfied and are considering submitting a refund request, please take a few valuable minutes to email us for a final chat, before requesting a refund.

Eligibility

At Code Brackets, we care about every project and we make sure that we handle every project with the utmost care and professionalism. Our goal is to deliver results according to the terms of the offer. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the outcome and decides to continue the dispute resolution process, we will consider a refund request under the following program, which details our services and the refund policy for each service very clearly.

  • Full Refund: In cases when the project has not been started. The full refund policy begins upon receipt of the prepayment date and takes 180 days for a refund.
  • Partial Refund: If we fail to deliver on time according to our delivery policy after the initial work is approved. The partial refund will be proportional to the work done.
  • No refund: If the project is completed and has been uploaded to the server.

Refund Processing

The refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be paid using the method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project i.e refund by check or refund by credit card.

Refund Policy for Digital Marketing

Project Confirmation

Once a project is confirmed either via email, written communication, or during a physical meeting, it is considered officially approved by the client.

No refunds will be issued after this point of confirmation, regardless of whether work has commenced.

Service-Based Nature

Due to the nature of digital marketing services—which involve planning, strategy development, and immediate resource allocation—refunds are generally not applicable after work has begun.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Change of mind after project confirmation.

Dissatisfaction due to unclear expectations not documented in the initial agreement.

Delay or lack of response from the client’s side affecting project delivery.

Refund Eligibility (Before Confirmation)

If the client chooses to cancel the project before confirmation (via mail or physical meeting), a partial refund may be considered based on the time and resources invested.

Modification or Revisions

While refunds are not available after confirmation, we are committed to client satisfaction and offer reasonable modifications or revisions based on the original scope of the project.
